We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from AURA Knitting. Full price items can be returned or exchanged within 6 days of the previous item for a full refund (or exchange) as long as the items are returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Items must be returned with the original packaging and tags attached.

Items returned with tags missing are considered damaged, we cannot resell this item without the original tags and we will only receive a store credit. Return products by emailing us at support@auraknitting.com. Please include a detailed problem description, picture and order number.

Orders are processed the same day they are received and shipped in 2-3 business days or less depending on the item. For your convenience, we have partnered with a logistics company that tracks each shipment and ensures that there will be no delays. Depending on your location, we will send the package to you by Hermes or DHL and send you a tracking number by email.
